The above information will only be analyzed in order to improve our services and does not allow any access to information about you. Personal data will only be collected if you willingly share it while visiting our website.

RoXstoX undertakes to abide by the relevant laws and regulations, particularly the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, “BDSG”).

Collecting and processing of personal data is necessary to establish and execute the contractual relationship with you as laid down in Section 28 (1) Nr. 1 BDSG. RoXstoX will use the provided data exclusively for the purposes of contract fulfillment.

Your data will be processed or used for the purposes of market research or promotion only if you explicitly consented to this use. Your data can be forwarded to third parties only in case your declaration of consent included such a provision. Otherwise, no data shall be handed over to any third party.

3.   Providing personal Data to third Parties


Data collection and processing for the purposes of contract fulfillment and in case of opening a membership account

We collect personal data in case you submit it to us voluntarily within the registration process or purchasing a members package or when you contact us (e.g. per contact form or email).  You can see which specific data is collected when using the registration forms. We will use your data for the purposes of contract fulfillment and processing of your queries. Upon completion of contract fulfillment or deleting of your account, the data will be blocked and deleted upon expiration of the statutory retention periods, unless you explicitly agreed to a further use of your data or we reserved the possibility to retain the data based on a statutory provision, in which case we will inform you accordingly.

-          Providing data to payment service operators

To perform payment operations, we will submit the necessary payment information to the respective credit institution or a payment operator instructed by us or provided by you within the registration process.

-          Providing data to subscribe to an email newsletter

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use the necessary data you provided us with to send you our email newsletter. Unsubscribing is possible at any time and may be done by sending us a message to the contact below or by following the link in the newsletter.

4. Use of Cookies

We use the so called „Cookies” for some our pages in order to make our services more attractive and also to enable the use of additional functions. Cookies are small pieces of data, which are transferred to your computer when you visit the particular page.
